Jacky Knightley

Jacky Knightley joined the BSJA following a career in racing, the advertising industry and latterly a consultant in industrial database marketing involving selling business solutions to manufacturing companies. Market penetration studies and territory rationalisation programmes were services regularly offered.

The BSJA appointed Jacky primarily as press officer and marketing director including the acquisition of sponsorship which led from a BSJA equity of some £70,000 to £330,000 in a 2 year period. Over the years, Jacky's role widened to encompass the associations web site and computer system moving an existing legacy system to a MS SQL platform incorporating .Net technology which has proved a major improvement in the services offered the BSJA membership.

A close association with the major national press and television networks has led to a wealth of experience and personal contacts which will prove invaluable in this all service agency.
